The Vine Tavern is conveniently situated right on the bus route from Keighley to the Bronte Country – just a whistle-hoot from Ingrow Station on the historic Keighley and Worth Valley Steam Railway. Plenty of quiet parking space is available outside the pub, away from the busy main road.
Since the smoking ban came into force in 2007, we have added a covered smoking and drinking area in the sheltered yard beside the pub.
A unique feature of the taproom is that its walls are covered with photographs of local football, rugby and cricket teams of yesteryear. Why not pop in and see the amateur sportsmen of Keighley from the distant and not-too-distant past?
Our lounge is dedicated to music and musicians: an excellent PA system and microphones are provided along with drum kit, keyboard, amplifiers, etc. on our popular Monday night Jam Sessions.
Besides our busy entertainment schedule, from time to time we stage ‘special’ events. We have hosted Race Nights, Psychic Evenings and Tarot Readings, as well as lectures by eminent local historian Ian Dewhirst.
Most importantly of all, we will provide you with a good pint of Timothy Taylor’s finest traditional beer, and a warm, friendly welcome from everyone at The Vine.
Cheers!
